Shipping & Returns

How your order gets from our lab bench to yours.

Processing & dispatch

Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff, or on weekends and holidays, ship the next business day. You'll receive a tracking number by email the moment your order is fulfilled.

Free shipping — automatic on orders of $250 or more

Packaging

Every order ships in plain, unbranded packaging. Temperature-sensitive lots include gel packs and insulated liners, sized for the expected transit time rather than indefinitely — lyophilized powder is stable at ambient temperature over these windows, so cold packing is a safeguard, not a requirement. Each vial is sealed, batch-labeled, and accompanied by its lot-matched Certificate of Analysis.

Payment

Card checkout is not live on this site yet. Submitting an order request reserves your items and returns an invoice or payment link by email, normally within one business day — nothing is charged on this site at the time of the request.

Returns & exchanges — all sales final

Every product we sell is a research reagent whose chain of custody ends the moment it leaves our storage. Once a vial has left our hands we can no longer certify what is inside, so we cannot take it back, restock it or resell it — opened or unopened. We do not accept returns or exchanges; all sales are final. Please check the compound, size and quantity in your cart before you check out.

Damaged, missing or incorrect orders

Arrived cracked, short an item, or with the wrong compound? Email support@arkanawellnessproducts.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of what you received. We ship the correction at our cost or refund the affected items in full — your choice. There is no need to send anything back unless we ask.

Lost or stalled in transit

If tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, or marks a package delivered that never reached you, contact us within 7 days of the last tracking event. We open a trace with the carrier and, if the package cannot be recovered, reship or refund in full.

Changing or cancelling an order

Orders are packed quickly. If you need to change an item, a quantity or a shipping address, contact us within 24 hours of ordering and we will fix it before dispatch. Once a tracking number has been issued the order is on its way and can no longer be changed or cancelled. Packages returned to us because of an address error can be reshipped; the second shipping cost is on the buyer.

How refunds are paid

Where a refund is due under this policy it goes to the original payment method. We process it within 2 business days of approving the claim; your bank or card issuer typically posts the credit within 5–10 business days after that.
