1. Research use only

All products sold by Arkana Wellness Products ("AWP," "we," "us") are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research use. They are not for human or veterinary use of any kind, not for diagnostic or therapeutic procedures, and are not food additives, drugs, cosmetics, or medical devices. No statement on this site has been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.

2. Purchaser eligibility & certification

By placing an order you certify that you are at least 21 years of age, that you are a qualified researcher or purchasing on behalf of a research organization, and that products will be handled only by individuals trained in safe laboratory practice.

3. No misuse

You agree not to use any product for human consumption, administration to humans or animals, or any purpose that violates applicable law or regulation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where misuse is suspected.

4. Orders, pricing & payment

All prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. An order is accepted when it is dispatched. We may limit quantities, correct pricing errors, or cancel and refund orders at any time before dispatch.

5. Shipping & risk of loss

Shipping terms are described on our Shipping & Returns page. Risk of loss passes to the purchaser upon carrier delivery to the address provided at checkout.

6. Returns

Unopened, sealed vials may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Opened products cannot be returned. See Shipping & Returns for the full policy.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

Products are provided "as is" with the specifications stated on their accompanying Certificate of Analysis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AWP's total liability for any claim arising out of a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim. AWP is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any damages arising from misuse of products.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold AWP harmless from claims arising out of your purchase, handling, storage, or use of products, including any use contrary to these terms.

10. Governing law & changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which AWP is organized. We may update these terms at any time; the version posted at the time of your order applies to that order.
