Research Use Waiver

Last updated: September 3, 2026 · This is the certification you make every time you purchase from Arkana Wellness Products. It exists to keep the terms of sale unambiguous: these are laboratory research materials, nothing else.

1. What you certify by purchasing

You are at least 21 years of age and have legal capacity to enter a binding agreement.
You are purchasing on behalf of a laboratory, research institution or as an otherwise qualified individual, for lawful research purposes.
Products will be used exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research.
Products will never be used for human or veterinary purposes of any kind — not for consumption, injection, topical application, diagnosis, treatment or prevention of any condition.
You are trained in, and will follow, appropriate laboratory handling, storage, labelling and disposal practice.
Your purchase, possession and intended use are legal in your jurisdiction, and you will not resell or distribute products for any prohibited use.

2. Regulatory status

Arkana Wellness Products supplies research chemicals. They are not drugs, dietary supplements, foods or cosmetics, are not manufactured under pharmaceutical GMP conditions for clinical use, and have not been evaluated or approved by the FDA or any regulatory agency for any use in humans or animals. Certificates of analysis document laboratory testing of a batch; they are not evidence of suitability for any use in a living organism.

3. Assumption of risk

From the moment of delivery, you assume full responsibility and all risk for the storage, handling, use and disposal of the products. You acknowledge that research compounds can be hazardous if mishandled and that safe use requires professional knowledge and equipment.

4. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Arkana Wellness Products and its owners, members, managers, employees and agents from any claim, loss, liability or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your purchase, possession, use or misuse of the products, or any breach of this waiver.

5. Our right to refuse

We may refuse, cancel or refund any order that we believe, for any reason, may be intended for non-research use, and may decline future orders from purchasers who breach this waiver. Misrepresenting your eligibility or intended use voids any warranty and is grounds for refusal of service.

6. Acceptance

Confirming the research-access attestations at the site entry, and completing an order, each constitute your electronic signature to this waiver. It is incorporated into the Terms of Service. If you cannot make these certifications truthfully, do not purchase from Arkana Wellness Products.
